Trying to get kids to undress themselves is never a problem unless they consider putting on a new costume of which they love and refuse in taking off. But having to teach children putting clothes on is actually a different story.
Independent Dressing for Development
The average age to where kids start to show their initiative would be when they are 2 – 3 years old, but in some cases some children still don’t learn how to put on their clothes until they reach 5 or 6. With a lot of things which parents do in a week, keeping clothes organized is in fact the last thing which parents have in their mind.
